Ag Silver - Terms and Conditions
Orders
Minimum opening order £300 (ex vat). No subsequent minimum order.
Opening orders are pro-forma unless a credit agreement has been arranged.
Customers will be sent an account request form, which should be completed
and returned. This will ensure future orders will be on a credit account.
(Subject to receipt of satisfactory references).
Proforma goods will be held for 21 days only, from invoice date.
Delivery
Carriage paid on orders £300 and over (Ex vat).
Wherever possible orders received before midday will be despatched the same
day.
Wherever possible orders received after midday will be despatched the
following day.
Delivery times may be slower during busy periods.
Orders up to £100 will be sent Recorded Delivery, unless otherwise
instructed. (This does not guarantee next day delivery.)
Orders £101 - £299 will be sent Special Delivery
Orders £300 and over will be sent Special Delivery, carriage paid.
Part and Back orders will be sent no charge.
Short deliveries must be reported to our office within 24 hours of receipt
of goods.
Returned Goods
Faulty stock items will be repaired or replaced upon receipt.
If the item is not in stock a credit note will be issued.
Faulty goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Ag reserves the right not to accept returns if product is not deemed to be
faulty and to question unreasonable levels of returned product.
Payment
Payment on credit accounts is strictly 30 days from date of invoice.
We accept cheques or bankers draft.
Please make all cheques payable to AG.

Prices
All prices are exclusive of VAT. Prices may change without notice due to
product redesign and fluctuating exchange rates.
Goods remain the property of Ag Silver until paid for in full.
